Glad Uglemor -- Happy MotherOwl

Store sager!

A small pause in the rants to show a word-picture of one happy MotherOwl. She just read the very first page in a first-grade reader! And was overjoyed. Now what. Didn't MotherOwl learn how to read as a child many years ago? No big news, you might say. But ... it was a Japanese first-grade reader. The very first words were: "はなの はる" Spring flowers.

  1. Are you learning yet another language? Are you planning a trip to Japan? Keep up the good work!
