TUSAL - January 2021

 Today is the first new Moon of 2021.

I hope you are all hale of body and soul and happily - or defiantly - stitching, knitting, crocheting and so on along.

What is TUSAL: It is an acronym for Totally Useless Stitch-A-Long. See my explanation HERE and follow the link to Daffycats blog for more.

    Isn't it unusual to have a full moon in the middle of the month?

    As the moon is full approximately evey 28th day, the time for full moon and new moon "wanders" across the months. This year is a nice and sensible one with one new and one full moon to each month. But sometimes a month can have two or none. It's quite a study.
