Now the comments should be the same size as the blog text proper. I found help on the Blogger help site and tiserted this small piece of code in my blog's HTML at the end of the #comments-variables (for me its at line 462) ... And the percentage can of course be made larger for even bigger comment texts ;)
#comments {
font-size: 110%;
}
I hope this helps.

River tells me: "I read your poem but had to use a magnifying glass, the letters here are
so small now. Blogger has made changes and on my own blog I now have to
increase the size too when I type anything."
I then suggest to use Ctrl and + to enlarge. This works, but also enlarges everything else. She says: "It works, but then it is so large I can't see the task bars. I wish Blogger would
just leave things alone. When I type in your comment box, it is normal
size but after it is published it is tiny."
Is this a River-specific problem, or is anybody else affected too?
I always enlarge blogs (and most anything) using Ctrl +, this enlarges everything, yes, but the text becomes of legible size before everything else disappears.
Please tell how it looks for you.
Today's Wordle was a fun one.

Today's font is fine. I find it varies. I have set the text on my own blog to large and hope that is enough for people. And yes, I use Control + (sometimes repeatedly) on several blogs.
SvarSletIt varies? Blogger's fault then. I almost never change my fonts, and have not done so for years!
SletFor me, your post text size is one or two percent smaller than my blog's post text size but it's still pretty easy to read.
SvarSletI do notice your comment text size is smaller than your post text size which seems to be norm for most blogs. Because of my browser setting, when I type in comments, it's in a large size. I have a small screen so I do use the command+ (on a mac) to make text bigger to sometimes read the text or comments.
Some font settings (including font size) does depend on your web browser but also different fonts can look bigger or smaller even in the same size. You can't make everyone happy about font sizes so I think it's not a big deal as long as people can read it.
Have a lovely day.
Yes comments, not yet published is in another font - this one is the same everywhere, so I suppose Blogger decides which one (some Sans serif as I see it) I think my comments are 12 pixel while my posts are 14 pixels. I have no idea if the comment font size can even be changed. I'll have to read through the HTML codes to see this, I suppose. Maybe I can change the font in the comments to another font. Verdana or Lemonada comes to my mind as fonts, larger than normal.
SletI'll try tackling the HTML, Wish me luck - and if the blog looks perfectly unreadable next time - it's just me fighting my way through the codes ;)
The comment text is larger now, works fine. The specific font could be different on different browsers because of browser preferences so I wouldn't worry too much about that.
SletHave a lovely day.
Thank you, it's nice to know that it actually works for other than me.
SletYour font is normal to me as much as I would like, as are the comments, maybe the font is a little smaller than the post but I can't tell the difference. But it's nice that you're looking for improvement and discovering it!!
SvarSletThank you. I love fidgetting with settings. I have learned to love it :D
SletI am blessed this computer lets me enlarge everything using two fingers on the mouse pad, I just increase the size until I can read it comfortably. If I left it alone, I'd have a very hard time reading it.
