Men se nu her, hvis man skifter farve for hver pind, så ser det helt anderledes ud.
Og samtidig fik mønsteret et navn. Det hedder perlegrus ☺

Remember the Treasure pouches? The upper edge was often knit in two colours. Yesterday MotherOwl saw somebody knit the same pattern, but in 3 colours. Actually MotherOwl already tried 3 colours, but because she suffered from the misconception, that you had to knit 2 rounds with each colour the result was rather ugly. Yesterday she learned to change colour for every round and look now:
Næste forsøg må være en 2 farvet omgang, hvor man strikker to række farve A, en række farve B osv. Gad vide hvordan det vil se ud?
- o 0 o -A new thougth. Wonder how this would look in two colours like this, two rows of colour A, one row of colour B, repeat.
I have no idea of what this kind of knitting is called in English. It's knit like this:
CO an uneven number of sts. Join in the round, *k1, sl 1 wyif * Repeat for as many rows as you like, but at least 5.
The old pouch was done with 2 rows white, 2 rows purple, 2 rows white etc.
The new pattern: one row yellow, one row green, one row red, one row yellow etc.
Nå, jeg fik aldrig trykket på "udgiv", så her er forsøget fortsat med 2 farver der lader som om de er 3.
- o 0 o -Well, I never did clic the "publish" button. Here's the swatch continued with 2 colours, pretending they're 3.
Og hvis nu man bytter om på bund- og mønsterfarve, så ser det sådan ud.

And if A and B changes roles, it looks like this.
Linking up with Ginny - better late than never.
