Normalt kommer Uglemor kun i tanker om Laurentius' tårer - stjerneskuddene fra perseiderne omkring den 11. august. Men en blog-samtale med Pia fra Colour Cottage har gjort Uglemor lidt mere opmærksom på himmelrummets opvisninger.

Tonight, and even more in the night between Tuesday and Friday the Leonid meteor shower will adorn the heavens with showers of stars. MotherOwl will stand ready with her camera.
Normally MotherOwl only remembers the Perseids, the tears of Saint Lawrence. around 11th of August. But a chat with Pia of the Colour Cottage has made MotherOwl more watchful for all things celestial.
Be forewarned. Pictures of sunrises, falling stars, Moons, gibbous, new, and full, and all kinds of celestial objects are about to become more frequent subjects here.
