Thanks to Messymimi for telling me that today, the first Saturday of May, is International Herb Day. I can't find anybody celebrating this day in Denmark, but then it's as good an excuse as any to show off my newly weeded herb beds.

SvarSletI have grown parsley and oregano before and sweet basil too, but have none of those now. I buy them instead from a wholesaler, in 1kg bags and store them in glass jars. I picked a few leaves of sweet basil form a neighbour yesterday for the pizza I was making for my dinner. Your garden looks wonderful, the Lovage is so green!
